    Are your services restricted to a particular Geo-location?  Our services are not restricted to any geo-location         
    Can I request a demo of your services?  Demo can be requested after the first installment. 
    Do you offer ongoing updates and maintenance for your services?  Yes, we do

5  PRICING  How does your pricing work?  Pricing in MGP is based on the services you’re requesting. Please select the services you want and send a request our support team will contact you. 
    Is your pricing negotiable?  Our pricing is slightly negotiable 
6  PAYMENT  Is payment made through an online channel?  All payment is made directly into the company’s accounts 
    In how many installments is payment allowed?  Payment for services is made immediately price negotiation takes place

    How long does it take for support to resolve a ticket?  It takes between 24 to 72hours, or it depends on how quickly the issue is resolved. 
8  PRIVACY POLICY  Is there a privacy policy protecting my usage of your website?  MGP website has a privacy policy protecting users on the website. 
    What can I do if I discover any breach of my privacy?  Open a ticket. The support team will investigate and resolve the issue.
